  1. Drop in your manuscript

Word, PDF, Markdown or plain text, with your pictures. Printii reads chapters, headings, quotes and captions.

  2. Choose how

Let the AI design it, place your own pictures, or set things up by hand. Pick a page size and a look.

  3. Watch the AI lay it out

Every page is designed together: openers, columns, pictures across the fold, text that fits. Your words never change.

  4. Tweak and print

Ask for changes in plain words or adjust any detail, then download a checked, print-ready PDF.

What the AI actually does

Real typesetting

Proper margins for the page size, balanced spreads, no widows on chapter ends, running heads and page numbers set the way printers expect.

Pictures that fit

The AI chooses where each picture goes and how it is cropped, wraps text around it, or runs it across both pages.

Ask in plain words

“Make chapter titles bigger”, “two columns on this page”, “put the map across the spread”. You see options before anything changes.

Print checks

Fonts embedded, CMYK colour, overset text caught, every page checked before export. PDF/X-4 that print services accept.

Every kind of book

Novels, memoirs, poetry, textbooks and workbooks, cookbooks, picture books and magazines.

Your words, untouched

A content lock keeps every word of your manuscript in order. The AI places and sizes; it never writes.

Why wait thirty days?

Why pay by the page, when AI lays out the whole book in minutes?

A 300-page novel at a typical per-page rate costs thousands and comes back weeks later. Every fix goes back in the queue. Printii designs every page while you watch, and you change anything yourself, as often as you like.

Questions

What is AI book formatting?

You upload your manuscript and the AI designs the pages for print: trim size, margins, chapter openers, running heads, pictures and how text flows around them. Printii only places and sizes things; it never rewrites your words.

How long does it take?

Minutes. A full-length novel is laid out while you watch; you can then change anything by asking the AI (“more room above chapter titles”) or by hand.

Will the PDF work for Amazon KDP and IngramSpark?

Yes. Printii exports PDF/X-4 with fonts embedded and CMYK colour, and checks every page before you download. Book sizes include the common KDP and IngramSpark trims: 5 × 8, 5.5 × 8.5, 6 × 9 and 6.14 × 9.21 in, plus A5 and A4.

Which files can I upload?

Word (.docx), PDF, Markdown or plain text, with pictures alongside or in a .zip.

Does the AI change my text?

Never. Every word comes from your manuscript, in your order. The AI decides layout only: where things go, how big they are, how pictures are cropped.

Can I make magazines and school books too?

Yes: magazines with spreads and pictures across the fold, textbooks and workbooks with exercises, cookbooks and picture books.
